Topical Magnesium Spray

Our handmade magnesium spray is great when applied topically to areas of discomfort, soreness or the bottoms of your feet.

Magnesium sprays are considered to be highly beneficial for increasing energy, quality of sleep, concentration, focus and even helping with sore muscles or joints. 

As you may have seen on social media, so many people are deficient in magnesium and magnesium is one of those vitamins that's best absorbed topically. The bottoms of our feet are a great place to use this. A couple of spritzes before bed or on a sore muscle on the body should do just the trick. 

Relax & Restore: Magnesium Chloride, Distilled Water, Cedarwood, Mandarin - Red, Sweet Orange & Ylang-Ylang Essential Oils.

We also offer a version with no essential oils, Back to Basics, for those of you that want the healing benefits of magnesium but are unsure of essential oils for your sensitive skin.

Optional Add-On: Quartz Crystal chips for energy clearing

Directions: Shake well before use. Apply topically 1-4 times per day as desired. Keep away from face and eyes. Recommended application areas are underarms, hips, back, stomach & bottoms of feet.  1-2 spritzes per area recommended.
